Nero Labs is a systems-led ornamental aquatic facility specializing in the breeding, conditioning, and sale of live ornamental aquatic organisms and related products.

All products are sold subject to biological variability and operational protocols.

2. Eligibility to Use

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

  • You will provide accurate and complete information during checkout.

Nero Labs reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion.

3. Nature of Live Organisms

Customers acknowledge that live organisms:

  • Are subject to biological variability.

  • May differ slightly in size, coloration, and pattern.

  • Are influenced by environmental and genetic factors.

Product images are representative and not exact guarantees of appearance.

4. Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to stock availability.

  • Nero Labs reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order.

  • Pricing errors, listing errors, or stock discrepancies may result in order cancellation.

  • In case of cancellation before dispatch, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Order confirmation does not constitute guaranteed dispatch.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR (₹).

Nero Labs reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be completed before dispatch.

We are not responsible for transaction failures caused by payment gateway or banking issues.

6. Shipping & Risk Transfer

  • Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Dispatch schedules may vary due to weather, stock stabilization, or biological conditioning requirements.

  • Risk transfers to the customer upon courier delivery confirmation.

Customers must ensure accurate address details and availability at delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed strictly by the Nero Labs Return & Refund Policy.

Live organisms are non-returnable.

Death on Arrival (DOA) claims are eligible only for Store Credit and must meet documentation requirements.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Maintain a cycled and stable aquarium environment.

  • Research species compatibility prior to purchase.

  • Follow proper acclimatization procedures.

  • Comply with local regulations regarding aquatic livestock.

Nero Labs is not liable for losses arising from improper tank conditions or handling.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:

  • Text

  • Logos

  • Images

  • Branding

  • Facility descriptions

  • Process documentation

is the intellectual property of Nero Labs.

Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Nero Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Liability is limited strictly to the value of the purchased product.

  • Nero Labs is not responsible for losses caused by courier delays, force majeure events, or customer negligence.

Live animal transport carries inherent biological risk, which the customer acknowledges.

11. Force Majeure

Nero Labs shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Strikes

  • Transportation disruptions

12. Store Credit Terms

Store credits:

  • Are non-transferable.

  • Cannot be converted to cash.

  • Have a defined validity period.

  • May not be combined with certain promotional offers.

13. Website Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to disrupt website functionality.

  • Engage in fraudulent claims or misuse of DOA policy.

  • Use automated systems to extract content.

  • Impersonate Nero Labs.

Violation may result in account suspension and subsequent legal action.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Bangalore.
